Here's a quick tip to stop your form from
dropping in the later stages of your race:
As you pass the half-way mark of the marathon, you may find that you
start becoming frustrated at the slightest things - such as a
competitor appearing to be sitting directly on your shoulder, or the
sun being at an awkward angle, or even just getting too plain sweaty.
Becoming frustrated and annoyed can have a disastrous effect on your
performance because it
will cause your muscles to become tense and restrict your full range of
motion.
If this happens to you, realize that it is only because you are
becoming tired that you are
allowing these things to annoy you and that normally these external
events wouldn't even
cause you the slightest bit of distress.
Simply reminding yourself of this is usually enough to allow you to let
go of the `annoying'
circumstance and instead focus on your race.

Marathon
Bible
"No pessimist ever discovered the secret of the stars, or sailed to an
uncharted land, or opened a new doorway for the human spirit." --Helen
Keller
That is what keeps many people from ever attempting to run a marathon,
let alone finish
it. they're just too pessimistic to believe that they themselves can do
it. Let me tell you
now - you can!
