Marathon Posture

Now you are going to learn how to keep your posture during your marathon, even if you're
feeling tired:

As you continue into your race, you will most likely start to feel more and more tired. If this
happens you will most likely find that your posture also drops as a result. thus making it even more difficult to continue through to the finish line.

One simple way to keep your posture in check is to consciously push the crown of your head upwards and to look ahead towards the horizon. Doing this should correct your posture and you should find it easier to keep your pace at the level that you are after because your muscles will be flowing freely, rather than hunched or crouched over.
